How and When We’ll Pay Out for Lends

It’s now been just over 21 days since we launched our “it pays to lend” program. This means that many of our Lendlers will start to see credit accumulate for those lends which have been completed.

As we mentioned in our announcement post, lends are credited 21 days from the time the lender clicks I’VE LENT IT! — presuming the borrower does not report that the lend never came through. This ensures that lends are properly credited, but it also meant a bit of a wait before Lendlers would start to see credit in their accounts.

How and When We’ll Pay Out

We’ll be tabulating the payouts twice a month, once at the beginning and once in the middle.

A Patron Lendler who has 19 completed loans when we tabulate the earnings will receive a $10 gift card. The other 9 loans will, of course, carry over to the next period.

(A non-Patron Lendler will still need to earn one more loan at $0.50 per loan in order to qualify for a $10 gift card.)

A Patron Lendler who has 32 completed loans when we tabulate the earnings will receive a $30 gift card. Again, the remaining 2 loans will carry over to the next period.

(A non-Patron Lendler would qualify for a $10 gift card with the remaining 12 loans carrying over.)

Gift cards will be sent to the email address you use on Lendle.

That’s it!

Amazingly, we have a Lendler who is already approaching $100 in Amazon gift cards. As you might expect, this user is a Patron and is earning $1.00 for every lend, but we’ve got many, many Lendlers who are going to earn multiple gift cards very soon.

Thanks so much for all the lends!
